Vulcan Systems Luna SMS

An organization-approved, two-way operational text interface provided by Jay Khemchandani, the registered sole proprietor operating Vulcan Systems.

Who may use Luna SMS

Luna SMS is available only to authorized employees, including company administrators, whose organizations use Vulcan Systems. Before access is granted, the employee's mobile number must be added to the organization's approved Luna phone-number list. Adding a number authorizes access but does not subscribe the number, create consent, or send a text message.

How to opt in

  1. Your organization approves your mobile number for Luna access.
  2. Review the complete consent disclosure below.
  3. From the approved mobile number, voluntarily text START to +1 650-284-3612.
  4. Luna confirms enrollment. Access activates only when the sender's phone number is both organization-approved and personally opted in.
